The universal bench is designed to work out the muscles of the upper body. With the help of this bench one can perform exercises such as squats in the style of sisi-squat, wiring and bench press at a negative angle, as well as twisting the press at a large angle.
The simulator perfectly complements the Smith machine, crossover and power frame, which allows the user to increase the number of exercises and increase the effectiveness of the training.
Before starting workout, you need to adjust the backrest. For ease of exercise, the legs are fixed with soft rollers.
