A universal, multifunctional simulator that allows you to train and shape the relief of the main muscle groups of the body (traction from above, traction from below, elements of a block frame).

Workstations and their features:
1. Longpull.
• Existence of a dimensional integral corrugated platform for an emphasis of legs with an antiskid aluminum slip.

The Pull-Up and Pull-Down machines of the Multistation are equipped with two independent handles, allowing you to perform exercises independently, both with one hand, and together with two hands. Also independent handles allow to increase range of the movement in comparison with classical system with one handle.
3. Elements of the block frame allow you to perform various traction on the upper and lower blocks for the development of the muscles of the torso (abs, chest), arms (deltas, biceps, triceps) and legs (gluteal muscles, muscles of the back, outer and inner thighs). The carriage is swivel and has an adjustment along the entire length of the guide.
