1-st time in Belarus! By individual order for an inclusive crossfit the LEGENDGYM team has successfully developed gym equipment in Lida!

In the cross fit hall in Lida, can train both people with disabilities and absolutely healthy people!
The initiator of the opening of the inclusive crossfit hall was the activist Alexander Avdevich.
A team of professionals developed special methods of circular training, where all exercises are selected so that a person with disabilities does not feel discomfort. For example, if this is a horizontal bar, then with a special lift, a seat for a comfortable workout on rowing machine, handle optimally selected height.
In the room located in the building of the “Dolphin” swimming pool, there installed rowing and skiing simulators, horizontal bar blocks.
This kind of equipment has been designed and manufactured by special order by LEGENDGYM.
Like other equipment of the LEGENDGYM brand, the simulators have excellent ergonomics, have a durable polymer coating, and a welded frame made of a thick-walled pipe, which indicates the high wear resistance of the CrossFit frame and ensures a long life of sports equipment!
